After all these years, I'm headed North to Alaska!

After our annual Fourth of July week-long celebration with old Outing Club friends, Mary and I will load up the Honda Odyssey van and point 'er north. Our first stop will be Glacier National Park for a few warm up hikes then on up to Banff and Jasper in the Canadian Rockies. Our path then leads west across British Columbia to Prince Rupert where we board the Alaska Ferry system and set sail up the inland passage to Juneau and Haines where we start on a several thousand mile wander through terra incognita (to us) and finally home by late summer. We plan to let our whims lead us to whatever summer adventures may beckon!
